If I can be an artist I would love to do sculpting. I seen some very nice work done in sculpting and I always wanted to learn how to do them.

    Hey Linda!

Sculpting would be awesome. Would you like to work with Clay? I find myself drawn more to stone or wood. Not sure why. LOL

  3. Kathleen Says:

I would either like to work with glass or wood. When I think of wood, I think of all of the great pieces of furniture I could make for others and myself!

Photography would also be fun to. It would be great to have the talent of taking amazing pictures.

  4. Pat L. Says:

I think I would choose jewelry as I love accessorizing with it.

Photography would be good too - I would love to much better in that field to have nicer pictures of family, friends and special events.

  5. Megan Says:

I like to draw, I’m not very good with a pencil and paper but I do ok with programs like psp drawing cartoons.

  6. Maureen Says:

I would definitely pick photography. My daughter had a photoscience class this year and it was very interesting to see the different ways that she learned to take a photograph.

  7. Linda Says:

    Hey Sasha,

I try to work with clay seems kinda hard but I do play with it LoL. Wood I like also. I go to the craft store and buy wood jewelry boxes and things that are plain but in a design shape and I paint them :-)

I have one I made for vday 2 yrs ago heart shape. I will take a picture and show you it :-) If you like me to :)

  8. Little Lamb Lost Says:

I would love to work with stones, semi-precious, or precious and metals so I would likely lean towards jewelry.

  9. Sasha White Says:

My Mom works with glass. She started out with traditional stained glass, and moved into fusing and slumping (Pretty glass bowls and plates and candle holders and things) then she went into Bead makeing. Now she makes amazing stuff with her beads. Jewlery and keychanins and bookthongs. All sorts of stuff.

You can see a picture of her stuff here at my photo gallery. ( http://www.sashawhite.net/gallery/photos/miscellaneous/ ) If you click on it you should get a larger one.

I envy that sort of talent. :0

  10. Linda Says:

WoW! Sasha your mom is very good. Thanks for sharing the picture with us of her work. Love it very beautiful stuff.

  11. cathy Says:

I always wished I had tried my hand at sculpting. My boys made the most beautiful artwork when they took a ceramics class in high school.

  12. Angie T Says:

My medium of choice would be food. I would love to be a chef, creating exquiste meals and desserts. I think cooking is is much an art form as painting, except the kitchen is your studio!

  13. Sasha White Says:

    Thanks Linda!

Cathy, do the boys ever talk abotu continueing with art?

Angie. YES! I could be your heper. *grin* taster?

  14. Linda Says:

    You are welcome Sasha :-)

Jewlery…I have all of these unique and fantastic pieces that I inherited from my Grandmother and now I’m addicted to shopping for unusal vintage pieces. My Grandmother even saved all of her broken necklaces and bracelets and missing pieces and I have all of these ideas on combining them with new beads, etc. I just wished I had the artistic ability and knowledge to actually make something (instead of paying a jewelry shop).

  16. Cherie Japp Says:

Wow! Thanks for sharing the link. She is very talented. I would love to be able to make jewelry since I love wearing it and giving it as gifts.

  17. Sasha White Says:

Christy! There are some great jewlery books at craft stores. You could probably find some on the internet too. But I say give it a try! You never know what you’ll be great at until you try!

Thanks Cherie, I find my mom to be very talented, even though she doesn’t think so.

  18. Laurie G Says:

I’d say photography. I like the “capture the moment” in an instant idea. I’m too impatient so I would need to see the results of my efforts immediately. I don’t have a lot of imagination to create individual items via sculpting or painting.

  19. Crystal Says:

I would choose either glass or jewelry. I am always amazed by some of the items that people create.

  20. Linda Says:

    Hi Again Sasha,

I have a comment about this part that you have poste. I find my mom to be very talented, even though she doesn’t think so.

It seems that us people who are very talented don’t see it but others do. I myself don’t see it but my fiance and alot of my friends & family tell me I am. I am starting to see it though for myself. It just seems that we don’t see it in ourself’s until people tell us over and over again you are very talented. Seeing the picture you have posted for your moms work I would say she is very talented and very good at what she does. Tell her I love that picture you had posted with her lovely work. Also Sasha you are very talented yourself I love your writing. Hot, Sexy & Steamy books :-) I always recommend your books to my friends.

    Hugssss
